Cassiday Proctor is a proud Midwest native, born and raised in Stilwell, Kansas, a rural suburb of Kansas City, she is a Midwest girl at heart.
Proctor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts/Theatre Performance from Wichita State University in, Wichita. She also attended and studied theatre at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. Cassiday was the only girl on her college improv comedy team, which has translated well to her radio life, where she is often the only woman in the room.
She loves to share stories from here life on air, and you'll often here her talking about her husband Jerry (who she met on Match.com), or her "four-legged kids" Ron and Asher. The most memorable moment of her radio career happened in February 2018 when she gave birth to her son live on the radio. The story went viral worldwide, causing Cassiday to know what it felt like to be famous for a few days. She can't wait to someday tell her son about it!
