Congratulations to Jon Bon Jovi for his induction, this evening, into the New Jersey Hall of Fame at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark, NJ.  He is being honored, as I write this, along side Abbott and Costello, Shaq, and Jerry Lewis.  Now, we all love Bon Jovi (except perhaps Saturday Night Live regulars-"Jon Bovi, the premier Bon Jovi Opposite Band"!), but I lived in New Jersey for 3 years, and I can say from first hand experience that Jon Bon Jovi, is the closest thing to a god there, so it begs the obvious question: Why on earth did it take the 2nd Annual NJ Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony to honor Jon Bon Jovi in New Jersey?!  They honored Bruce at the first ceremony, so I'm wondering if they felt they needed to spread it out, because if they did both Springsteen, and Bon Jovi, at the same time they'd run out of local deities?  I don't know, I'm just wonderin'.

Regardless, congratulations again to Jon Bon Jovi on this prestigious honor from his home state of New Jersey!
