In tonight's lesson, we learned that The Safety Dance by Men Without Hats is not about nuclear war, as is the common popular belief. It's actually a statement for non-conformism, leaving your "friends" or peers behind & doing your own thing.
Also, the dance in the video was not invented just for the song. It's actually a Morris dance, which is a common English folk dance.
