I spent the afternoon of President's Day hiking with a group of friends on Chubb Trail near Eureka.  We went 7.25 miles in roughly 3 hours.  The sun was nice, the wind was calm & we were building a sweat.  Seriously, check out the great hiking trails that the St. Louis metro area has to offer.  The Chubb Trail is one of the more challenging, but there are plenty in the area for every fitness level.  You'll be sore, but it's a GOOD kind of sore!
