Following in Dad...or Mom's footsteps?

Alexa Ray Joel, the 24 year old daughter of Billy Joel & Christie Brinkley, has been tapped to be the new spokewoman for Prell Shampoo.  Prell?  Really?  They still make that?

As a musician, Alexa has been following in her Dad's footsteps; however, now being the spokeswoman for Prell, it seems as though Alexa is following in her Mom's footsteps.  (Especially since her Mom was a "Prell Girl" back in the 1980's.)

But, you know how kids can be... trying to please both Mom & Dad... so she will be writing original music which will be featured in the Prell commercials.  I'm sure both parents are very happy and proud!  Wonder if she'll get a discount on her shampoo?
