The Who frontman Roger Daltrey recently told BBC's "6 Music" that a side project would be a great idea, singling out Jimmy Page as an ideal collaborator. Roger said, "I'd love to do an album with Jimmy Page. He needs a singer to drive him and I'm a great blues singer."
This follows a report on rollingstone.com that Pete Townshend is suffering from tinnitis - ringing in the ears. The impairment may mean the end of The Who touring days.
Meanwhile, Robert Plant has expressed no interest in a Led Zeppelin reunion.
