Important Veterans Benefits Event In O' Fallon IL.

On January the 16th, Sgt Charles A. Fricke VFW Post #805, 223 W. 1st St, OFallon, IL 62269 will be hosting southern Illinois first veteran's benefits event of 2010.

This event will give veterans the opprotunity to get their questions answered about jobs, federal benefits, VA medical claims and education benefits available to them. Representatives from the VA, VFW, State of Illinois and Federal agencies will be on hand to serve and assist veterans. State Senator Kyle McCarter and State of Illinois House Representative Eddie Lee Jackson Sr. have committed to be in attendance as well.

Several hundred veterans from the Metro East are expected to be in attendance. Doors will be open from 10:00am to 2:00pm, with lunch served from 11:00am-1:00pm. There is no charge and no need to pre-register for the event.
