Sure, we’re having some tough times now but the economy is cyclical and better times are around the corner. Not many groups can start a recording career with a “bad news” vibe, but British soul band SIMPLY RED did it in 1985 with their debut song that actually mentions the economic policies of our 40th President – Reagonomics - and the working s of Congress - both prominent themes in the 1985 debut of Simply Red with “MONEY’S TOO TIGHT TO MENTION”.
