L.A. wants its $$$

Since before it ever happened, the city of Los Angeles had been griping about the cost (to the city) the Michael Jackson memorial would accrue.  Now the news has gone from bad to worse as the estimated cost of the event has moved from $1.4 million to $3.2 million.  L.A. really wants someone else to pick up the tab on this one too; the only problem is they don't know who yet (maybe AEG?)!  What a serious waste of time and half-effort on the part of the city; this is less than a step away from being a total debacle for the city.  What a joke!
