We had a story earlier this morning about a new study that claimed that cell phones and computers and social networking have NOT made us a more isolated society. The study says technology has made us interact with a broader and more diverse group of people.
OK--maybe I'll accept that--for adults--but what about kids ? Here I'm siting another study I found this morning that says the number one thing kids don't like about the holidays is they have to spend time with company and can't watch TV or play video games. In other words-they would rather stare at their game boy than hang out with Gramma or Uncle Louie. That's sad.
BTW-you know what else kids don't like about the holidays--according to this study ? Sitting at the kids' table. And no surprise here--most kids would rather eat pizza or mac and cheese or chicken fingers than the traditional holiday fare.
