Remember those fabulous days when you did not have to worry about some freak injecting drano into the candy? Those days are gone. So remember kids, check the candy, or better yet, go the the mall for a safe Halloween. Kids 12 and under in costume are invited to trick or treat at the following malls, Mid Rivers Mall, Chesterfield Mall, West County Center, South County Center, and St. Clair Square.
