Paul Anka thinks the new Michael Jackson song "This Is It" sounds a bit too familiar.  Anka told TMZ.com yesterday (10/12) that he co-wrote the song with Jackson in 1983.  Originally titled "I Never Heard," Anka claims that he and the late King of Pop recorded a demo of it at his Carmel, California home studio.  He thinks Michael kept a copy of it all of these years until he changed the title and released it.

TMZ.com quotes John Branca, special administrator to Jackson's estate, who says Anka did indeed co-write the song with Jackson.  Branca says he will work out a settlement with
Anka's lawyer.
