About The Author:
My Bio? Who am I and what have I done, is that what you want to know? OK let's see...First of all, I'm just a nice girl from St. Louis, born and raised.
I went to SLU thinking I wanted to be a surgeon, then I had to disect a toad in biology and changed my major!
I transferred to Mizzou and started to study Broadcast Journalism at one of the best schools for Journalism in the country (yeah, I like to toot my own horn sometimes)
After I graduated I found out that hard news was really not my THANG. I like Entertainment, Gossip and plain old trashy news! It is so much fun to find out what trouble Paris Hilton has gotten herself into isn't it? I TOTALLY KNOW!
So I came back to St. Louis when all of my friends were getting their new careers started in small markets. I hosted an entertainment TV show in St. Louis for a bit.
THEN Somehow I met someone in the radio biz, I think it was at a bar (see, partying helped my career!) and thought it would be kind of cool to be able to wear jeans to work every day because you can't see me when I'm on the radio! (ha ha!)..
I did traffic reports for a few radio stations, then met someone from the Steve and DC show and eventually became a personality on their show and then the executive producer.
I came with them to 101.1 The River, then it changed to Movin and I got hired back as a weekend DJ, then Movin changed and now I'm on 106.5 The Arch on the weekends.
I am also a Producer at Show Me St. Louis on KSDK during the week!
So I have my foot in the radio door and the TV door. I love both jobs so much and feel very blessed that I get to do both!

It was SUCH a GREAT SHOW! I just LOVED it and they are replaying it so I can relive the awesome moments over and over again! I mean these ladies are just sooo talented and their voices are like butter baby! They are so beautiful and it was fun to hear them sing together!
Paula Abdul hosted and there was an appearance by MC Skat Kat! Memba him? The animated MC helped Paula with her impressive choreographed routine that went through her biggest hits. She was also a very good sport as she made fun of being ousted from American Idol.
It’s the 8th year for this show and just a cool way to see the hot stars of the year as they perform alone and together.
This year’s line up included Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis, Jennifer Hudson, Miley Cyrus, Jordin Sparks and Adele.
Other stars in the show Kathy Griffin, Liza Minelli and Stevie Wonder.
If you missed it, try to catch one of the repeat shows because it was really good! I'm sure they'll be re-playing it like crazy!
