About The Author:

My Bio? Who am I and what have I done, is that what you want to know? OK let's see...

First of all, I'm just a nice girl from St. Louis, born and raised.

I went to SLU thinking I wanted to be a surgeon, then I had to disect a toad in biology and changed my major!

I transferred to Mizzou and started to study Broadcast Journalism at one of the best schools for Journalism in the country (yeah, I like to toot my own horn sometimes)

After I graduated I found out that hard news was really not my THANG. I like Entertainment, Gossip and plain old trashy news! It is so much fun to find out what trouble Paris Hilton has gotten herself into isn't it? I TOTALLY KNOW!

So I came back to St. Louis when all of my friends were getting their new careers started in small markets. I hosted an entertainment TV show in St. Louis for a bit.

THEN Somehow I met someone in the radio biz, I think it was at a bar (see, partying helped my career!) and thought it would be kind of cool to be able to wear jeans to work every day because you can't see me when I'm on the radio! (ha ha!)..

I did traffic reports for a few radio stations, then met someone from the Steve and DC show and eventually became a personality on their show and then the executive producer.

I came with them to 101.1 The River, then it changed to Movin and I got hired back as a weekend DJ, then Movin changed and now I'm on 106.5 The Arch on the weekends.

I am also a Producer at Show Me St. Louis on KSDK during the week!

So I have my foot in the radio door and the TV door. I love both jobs so much and feel very blessed that I get to do both!

Thanks for learning about me! I'm grateful you took the time to read my bio! :

How cool is St. Louis? We have SO MUCH going on because of this All-Star thingy, I'm just proud to be a St. Louisan!  I'm not much of a baseball fan so I'm not so excited about the impressive list of baseball players coming to town even though, pretty much everyone else is.  I'm just a celebrity junkie and I can't believe so many celebs are coming to town for this "Celebrity Softball Game" happening on Sunday 7/12 around 4:30pm at Busch Stadium!!!!

So yeah the tickets start at $75 which really isn't realistic for normal people who live paycheck to paycheck like I do but at least I can find excitement knowing that they'll be in the same city as I live for a day or so.  I bet most of them will fly in and out that day except for the few who are actually from St. Louis.

Here's the list, if you SPOT any celebs make a note of it at the bottom of the page in the message section...

Celebrities in town for the Celebrity Softball game tomorrow… Nelly, Chingy, NASCAR Driver Carl Edwards, Jenna Fischer from The Office, John Hamm from “Mad Men”,  Annie Wersching who plays Renee Walker on 24,  Olympic Gold Medalist Gymnast Shawn Johnson who also won Dancing with the Stars, Ashanti, Ginuwine, Billy Bob Thornton, Backstreet Boys Brian Littrell, Hall of Fame Basketball Coach Bob Knight, James Denton from "Desperate Housewives", Andy Richter from The Tonight Show with Conan O ‘Brien,  and the emcees will be ESPN radio’s Mike and Mike who I feel like I know very well since I have a boyfriend that is a HUGE sports fan
