What a week this has been! Some believe there really is something to the thought that Celebrities always die in 3's. I never gave it much though until this week.

Although Ed McMahon was more from my parents generation, I do understand the importance of his place in history along side Johnny Carson & The Tonight Show. However, I grew up with Michael Jackson & during the "Charlie's Angels" days, so the deaths of Farrah Fawcett & Michael Jackson earlier this week were especially sad.
In the coming days, the media will continue to be all over these 2 stories - Farrah's funeral on Tuesday; Michael Jackson's arrangements still not known and questions surrounding what caused his death. Rather than stay glued to the tube watching the same info being reiterated over and over, I choose to celebrate the gifts they gave the Entertainment Industry...by watching Charlie's Angels re-runs and listening to Michael Jackson's music.
It's all so sad, but it's a fact of life that we aren't meant to be on this earth forever. It's just too bad these two had to leave us way too soon!
