A man from North Carolina is definitely feeling underappreciated at this very moment.  He created this fine example of "road art", and the only thing he may get in return is jail time!  Something about the destruction of private property, but it's ART!  I think this statue would be a great mascot personally.  Hopefully, if he covers the alleged damages of $360 they'll let him off easy this time.
