My Bio? Who am I and what have I done, is that what you want to know? OK let's see...First of all, I'm just a nice girl from St. Louis, born and raised.
I went to SLU thinking I wanted to be a surgeon, then I had to disect a toad in biology and changed my major!
I transferred to Mizzou and started to study Broadcast Journalism at one of the best schools for Journalism in the country (yeah, I like to toot my own horn sometimes)
After I graduated I found out that hard news was really not my THANG. I like Entertainment, Gossip and plain old trashy news! It is so much fun to find out what trouble Paris Hilton has gotten herself into isn't it? I TOTALLY KNOW!
So I came back to St. Louis when all of my friends were getting their new careers started in small markets. I hosted an entertainment TV show in St. Louis for a bit.
THEN Somehow I met someone in the radio biz, I think it was at a bar (see, partying helped my career!) and thought it would be kind of cool to be able to wear jeans to work every day because you can't see me when I'm on the radio! (ha ha!)..
I did traffic reports for a few radio stations, then met someone from the Steve and DC show and eventually became a personality on their show and then the executive producer.
I came with them to 101.1 The River, then it changed to Movin and I got hired back as a weekend DJ, then Movin changed and now I'm on 106.5 The Arch on the weekends.
I am also a Producer at Show Me St. Louis on KSDK during the week!
So I have my foot in the radio door and the TV door. I love both jobs so much and feel very blessed that I get to do both!

Bobby McFerrin is alive!
Let’s shut down this rumor mill once and for all because I’m still hearing that this poor man is dead. He’s NOT! He lives! AND he still makes beautiful music!
It’s funny that there’s even a rumor about this man who wrote such a happy song like “Don’t Worry Be Happy”. If you haven’t heard the rumor, it is that the singer of “Don’t Worry Be Happy” (Bobby McFerrin) committed suicide. It was just such an ironic rumor that it caught on like wildfire.
But he’s alive, as noted in the recent video posted in this blog. He’s a solo artist and he’s a conductor.
P.S. The Video is of a duet of Bobby and Voicestra member Judi Donaghy and they sing their version of “I Can See Clearly Now”, if you need ANYTHING to make you happy, listen to this! It’s a Gorgeous song!!!
P.P.S. Some other rumors that aren’t true.
* The Blues Clues host, Steve Burns, didn’t die of an overdose nor was he ever run over by a car nor was he ever arrested for heroin possession & he was never a porn star.
*Mr. Rogers was never convicted of being a child molester nor did he serve as a sniper or a Navy Seal during the Vietnam War, he never served in the military…AND he didn’t have any tattoos, some people thought he wore long sleeve shirts to conceal them.
