Old Man Winter is really wearing out his welcome in the center of the country.
More than a half-dozen cities have set record low temperatures this morning.
Dallas reports 40 degrees and Oklahoma City is shivering at 33. Goodland, Kansas reported 20 degrees.
And we had snow flurries here in St Louis ! !
