Did you ever see the Sun Theatre on Grandel Square in Grand Center and wonder–”what IS that place”?

Well-right now-its a vacant building-and has been for quite some time.

But tomorrow-the sale of the Sun Theatre will close and soon to follow will be work to renovate it.
