“Rumours” to be Reissued Next Year
Fleetwood Mac will be reissuing an expanded version of their 1977 album “Rumours” early next year. It will feature three CDs including the original album with B side “Silver Springs”, 12 unreleased live recordings from the band’s 1977 world tour, and another disc filled with 16 unreleased takes from the “Rumours” recording sessions. “Rumours” was the best-selling album of 1977 and has sold more than 19-million copies.
Lindsey Buckingham has said the band will reunite (minus Christine McVie) for a world tour next year. McVie retired from the music business in 1998. She has attended Fleetwood Mac concerts since then, but didn’t join her former mates on stage.
