Psy Sees $ Signs
Psy’s “Gangnam Style” is heading toward 1 billion views on YouTube, and so he’s getting richer by the click. The 34 year-old will bring in $7.9 million this year from YouTube ads and iTunes downloads. “Gangnam Style” has been downloaded 2.7 million times in the U.S. alone. It sells for $1.29 in Apple’s iTunes store. Apple keeps 30%, so Psy is getting more than $2.4 million for ONE song! Amazing.
