‘Rick on Whatever’-Thursday 9/27/12

I’m really looking forward to see the fans reaction when the real refs take to the field this Sunday at the Jones Dome for Rams/Seahawks.

I’m pretty sure the crowd will give the refs a loud-rousing ovation–and that will be weird. Usually the only kind of reaction the refs hear are negative–booing-name calling-etc.

BTW-Details of their new contract have not been announced but its anticipated the refs will be making more than 150-grand for a season’s work.

Are they worth that ? One economist says when you consider they’re extraordinarily skilled people doing a job that is very demanding and even dangerous-yes they are.
