Happy birthday Hullie! The greatest wearer of the Bluenote turns a year older today (8/9). Brett Hull played for the St Louis Blues from 1987 to 1998. Unfortunately he didn’t win any Stanley Cups while he was here. But he did win one with Dallas and again with Detroit. His 741 goals ranks third highest in NHL history. Brett’s #16 Blues jersey has been retired. The Blues new ownership has expressed a desire to bring Brett back into the organization. I hope it happens. Today is also the birthday of the lovely Gillian Anderson. She won an Emmy for her role of FBI Special Agent Dana Scully on “The X-Files”. In 2008 she placed 21st in FHM’s All Time 100 Sexiest Hall of Fame.
Both Brett and Gillian are in their 40s. Who’s older?
