Who’s Older?

It’s a Kool Moe Dee day!  That’s because today (8/8) is Kool’s birthday.  He was born in New York City as Mohandas Dewese and was the first rapper to perform at the Grammys.  KMD has had a long-standing feud about who’s coolest with a fellow NYC rapper.  So, he probably won’t be getting a birthday present from LL Cool J. 

U2 guitarist The Edge is also celebrating his birthday today.  David Howell Evans was born in England to a Welsh family but raised in Ireland by sheep.  Just kidding about that last part.  Rolling Stone magazine ranked him at #38 on its list of The 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.

Does The Edge have the edge on Kool Moe Dee?  Or does the hip-hopper have a few more gray hairs??
